广义农业现代化的内涵与评价研究——以山东省为例

Connotation and Evaluation of Generalized Agricultural Modernization

农业现代化概念有广义和狭义之分,广义农业现代化包括农业现代化、农村现代化和农民现代化。本文以广义农业现代化为视角,提出了广义农业现代化的“三组成论”、“三目标论”和“三动力论”;研究了广义农业现代化进程评价的众多内容,包括建立指标体系的原则和内容、评价模型的建立,以及现代化指数的灰色预测。

The concept of agricultural modernization has narrow sense and broad sense. And the generalized agricultural modernization includes agricultural modernization,rural modernization and farmers＇modemization.Based on the sense of generalized agricultural modernization,the paper proposed the ＂tri-composition theory＂, ＂tri-goal theory＂and ＂tri-motivity theory＂of generalized agricultural modernization. Then,the author studied the progress evaluation of generalized agricultural modernization,including the principle and content of index system,the establishment of evaluation model and the gray forecast of modernized index.
