摘要
通过分析北海市水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,论述了建设节水型社会的意义,提出了北海市节水型社会建设的对策和措施。
Based on an analysis of the major problems existing in the development and utilization of water resources in Beihai City, the author demonstrated the meaning of constructing water-saving society, and put forward the countermeasures for constructing water-saving society in Beihai city.
