中药肠浴法治疗溃疡性结肠炎30例总结

A Summary on 30 Cases of Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Chinese Medicinal Materials by Bowel Bathing

目的:探讨中药肠浴法治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法:将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组运用我科自行研制的“肠炎Ⅰ号”、“肠炎Ⅱ号”配合结肠途径治疗机保留灌肠,对照组采用西药柳氮磺胺吡啶保留灌肠,治疗1个月后观察疗效并对比分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:中药肠浴法治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect on ulc, eralive colitis treated with Chinese medicinal materials by bowel bathing. Method： 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine＂ number one for enteritis＂ or＂ number two far enteritis＂ by retention enema with colon therapeutic equipment, 30 cases in the control group were treated with salazosulfapyridine by retention enema. The clinical effects were observed and contrasting analyzed after treating one month. Results： The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 73,3% in the control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The therapy of bowel bathing was an effective treatment for ulcerative colitis.
