摘要
介绍了自主开发研制的汽油辛烷值近红外(NIR)光谱在线分析仪。它由光谱仪系统、电源电路控制系统、光纤及其附件与流通池系统、防爆系统、样品预处理系统、实时光谱测量和化学计量学软件等部分组成。介绍了叠加光谱的微分、光谱平滑、基线校正和标准归一化等预处理方法;并描述了通过化学计量学方法进行建模的过程。该分析仪已成功应用于某炼油厂重整装置生成油的辛烷值在线分析。
A new type online analyzer of gasoline octane number based on NIR Spectrogram was introduced. It consists of spectrometer system, explosion preotection system, optical fiber and flow cell system, sample precondition system , control and measurement software etc. Also some algorithmic method about spectrogram smoothness, baseline correction and standardization for processing spectrogram and model building process about self-contained chemometrics software developing for calibration and prediction were introduced analyzer has been successfully applied in a eonanercial reforming reactor with a good pedommnce.
