9FA燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组由燃气轮机、汽轮机、发电机和余热锅炉组成。机组采用燃气轮机-汽轮机-发电机单轴布置,燃气轮机排气直接进入余热锅炉,不设旁路烟囱。安装该机组的工期控制点为土建工程、汽轮机安装、系统的清洁度和系统的气密性达标、余热锅炉的水压和酸洗、冲管、启动和调试。安装该机组的工程实例表明:土建阶段时间最长,安装阶段次之,调试阶段较短。

9FA gas-steam combined-cycle unit consists of gas turbine,steamturbine,generator and waste heat boiler.Single shaft configuration, which directs gas turbine exhuast into the boiler to elimimate bypass chimmey,is used for the unit.The schedule control points of the unit insataUation are civil works,steam turbine installation,system clenliness and air-tightness check,boile hydraulic test and acid cleaning,pipe flushing startup and test. The engineering practice indicates that civil engineeing is the most time consuming phase;installation phase take the second place; the testing phase is the shortest one.
