On Purpose of Economic Law

经济法的宗旨是为解决个体营利性与社会公益性的矛盾,兼顾效率与公平,而立足于整体,以社会公共性为基础特征,维护社会市场经济的正常秩序,促进经济的稳定增长和社会的良性发展。

The purpose of Economic Law, which is based on the whole society for the social public benefits, is to resolve the contradiction between individual profits and public good, take account of both efficiency and fairness, maintain the normal order of market economy, and promote steady economic growth and positive social development.
