摘要
阐述了地处高原寒区的格拉管道首次密闭输送-10#轻柴油过程中对输送条件、油品物性、管输特性及输送过程所进行的分析比较,介绍了输送方案和主要技术对策,其中要点有设定的管路压力,流量与流速,工艺流程及控制方式,管道泄漏和进、出站压力突变,输油设施设备发生故障时的处置。实践证明,格拉管道利用每年7、8月份地温最高的有利时机密闭输送-10#轻柴油是可行的,但输送压力、流量、节流压力等主要参数与输送-20#、-35#轻柴油不同,对输送参数和输送方案需做相应调整。
This paper analyzed and contrasted the investigation of the transportation conditions, the physical properties of petroleum products, the transport properties, and the transport process with the - 10# light diesel oil in a tight line process in the Golmud-Lhasa pipeline, which is located in a cold plateau area. It introduced transportation schemes and technical measures, which mainly include deal- ing with the set pipeline pressure, the flow increase percentage and the flow rate, the process flow and the control method, the pipeline leakage, the abrupt pressure change at beth the entrance and exit, and the transport facilities when there is a working failure. As a resnlt, it' s possible for the - 10 # light diesel oil to be transported in a tight line in the Golmud-Lhasa pipeline which bestrides the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in July and August when the temperature is highest per year. At the same time, the - 10# light diesel oil is mainly different from the -20# and -30# in such parameters as the transport pressure,the flow increase percentage and the throttling pressure.Therefore, it's necessary to regulate the parameters of transportation and the transportation scheme.
