摘要
目的:探讨大学生焦虑与元认知之间的关系。方法:采用《状态-特质焦虑问卷》和《大学生元认知能力量表,》对366名大学生的焦虑状况和元认知能力进行测量。结果:①在状态焦虑和特质焦虑上,不同心理学学习经历存在显著差异;②在元认知计划上,不同年级存在显著差异;③大学生焦虑状况和元认知能力呈负相关;④不同焦虑倾向在元认知能力各纬度上均存在显著差异;⑤元认知监控是特质焦虑和状态焦虑最有效的预测变量。结论:元认知能力是影响大学生焦虑水平的因素。
Objective: To explore the relationship between college students' anxiety and metacognition. Methods/The study used the Scales for College Student's Metacognitive Ability and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and chose 366 college students as its sample. Results: ①There was significant difference between state anxiety and trait anxiety of those people who have different experience of psychology learning. ②Significant difference existed among different grades in metacognitive plan. ③There was negative correlation between anxiety status and metaeognitive ability. ④Different anxiety tendency had significant differences in the dimensions of metacognitive ability. ④Metacognitive monitoring was most effective expectant variable for state-anxiety and trait-anxiety. Conclusion: Metaeognitive ability is an element to affect the anxiety level of college students.
