摘要
应用RIA法系统测定15例胎儿中枢神经系统(CNS)组织中的生长抑素(SS)和胃动素(MTL)含量。发现人胚胎CNS各组织中均有不同浓度的SS及MTL存在,SS浓度普遍高于MTL(P<0.01),其中SS含量以下丘脑最高(P<0.01),MTL水平各组织间无显著性差异,在垂体MTL出现早于16周,SS晚于22周,其它部位则SS出现早于16周,MTL晚于22周。随胚胎发育,SS的发展呈不同趋势:①下丘脑SS浓度与胎龄呈正相关(r=0.7345,P<0.01)。②垂体、延髓与脊髓SS波动在一定水平,无显著变化。③大脑皮层和小脑SS呈先升高后下降趋势,MTL的发展则随胎龄呈一致性升高。提示人胎儿的CNS中SS与MTL的发生,发展及分布存在不同规律。
Somatostatin(SS) and motlin(MTL) contents were determined systematically by radioimoassay(RIA) in the tissues of central nervos system(CNS) (6,regions) in 15 human fetuses.The results showed that both SS and MTL exist widely in the tissues of all CNS regions with different levels in the fetuses. SS concentrations are all higher than MTL ones(P 0.01 ).the highest content of SS is in hypothalamus (P<0.01)and the content of MTL in every region exists insignificant difference each other.MTL appears before 16 weeks of age and SS after 22 weeks in hypophysis , but SS emerges before 16 weeks of age and MTL after 22 weeks in the other regions.MTL levels of all regions increase steadily with the increase of fetal age.But the development of SS shows different trends:SS content of hypothalamus is positively correlated with fetal age(r =0. 7345 p<0.01 ),which in the other tissues change little or gradually decline as fetus growing.the data suggest that the genesis,development and distribution of SS and MTL in human fetal CNS exist different regularity.
