摘要
采用原位杂交方法,检测了胃泌素(Gastrin/CCK-B)和组胺H2受体基因在大鼠胃粘膜的表达情况。结果表明,组胺H2受体mRNA表达于粘膜的固有层的淋巴细胞,粘膜的其他细胞(包括壁细胞)未见表达。胃泌素受体mRNA的表达强阳性细胞位于胃粘膜表面的分泌粘液的上皮细胞和腺体区的细胞(包括壁细胞)。但粘膜固有层的免疫细胞未见到胃泌素受体的表达。结果表明,壁细胞上存在胃泌素受体,但可能缺乏组胺H2受体。胃粘膜的免疫细胞上存在组胺H2受体,提示胃粘膜固有层的免疫细胞可能参予了胃酸分泌的调控。
In this study, in situ hybridization histochemistry was used to identify cells expressing mRNA for gastrin/CCK-B and histamine(H2) receptors in rat stomach with digoxinine-la-beled cRNA probes which were transcripted in vitro.The results showed that the mRNA exprission for histamine(H2)receptor were visualized on mucosal lymphocytes in lamina propria, and mRNA expression for gastrin receptor on parietal cells, chief cells and pit cells in rat stomach.That is,parietal cells were devoid of histamine(H2) receptor,and mucosal lymphocytes were negative expressed with gastrin receptor mRNA.It is suggested that mucosal lymphocytes which may secrete so called 'gastric acid stimulator' as mediator for secretagogues involve in the regulation of gastric acid secretion.
