小柴胡汤加味治疗原发性肾病综合征临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Treated by Minor Bupleurum Decoction with Additional Ingredients

目的:观察小柴胡汤加味配合激素治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组42例用小柴胡汤加味配合激素治疗,对照组40例单用激素治疗。结果:治疗组总缓解率8 3.3%,总有效率92.8%;对照组总缓解率62.5%,总有效率82.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤加味治疗肾病综合征有消除水肿、蛋白尿,改善高脂血症,提高血浆蛋白作用。

Objective：To observe clinical therapeutic effect of xiao chaifu Tang Jiawei Combined with hormone on primary nephrotic syndrome Methods ：42 Cases of primary nephritc syndrome were treated by Xiao Chaifu Tang Jiawei pius hormone, and 40 cases were treated with western medicine as control. Results： Total remission rate was 83.3% and total effective rate was 92. 8% in treatment group, and they were 62. 5% and 82.5% in Control group respectively. VLZ. with significant difference between two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Xiao Chaifu Tang Jiawei treat primary nephrotic syndrome, it can elimime dropsy and proteinria, improve hyperlipemia, increase plasma albumen.
