摘要
目的本项目研究针刺和激光疗法对大鼠自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的影响。方法实验中大鼠腹腔注射免疫抑制剂后,分别用针刺和激光疗法进行治疗,然后测定大鼠NK细胞的活性。结果大鼠NK细胞活性在针刺百会和激光穴位表面照射后增强,而激光穴内针刺后则无明显变化。结论针刺和激光表面照射均能改善大鼠NK细胞活性,而这种改善在肿瘤的临床治疗中有十分重要的意义。
Objective To study the improvement of the natural killer (NK)cell activity by semiconductor laser acupoint irradiation. Methods Rats used in this experiment were injected immunosuppressant into their abdomen. The immunoassay was made after acupuncture and irradiation at Baihui point by semiconductor laser. Results The results showed that the NK cell activity was enhanced after acupuncture and laser irradiation. Conclusions acupuncture and laser irradiation can improve the NK cell activity of rats, this enhancement is of relatively important in the clinical therapy of tumor.
