摘要 宝钢分公司4#高炉开炉3天后开始喷煤,26天内煤比突破200 kg/t,当月煤比达154.7 kg/t,此后,4#高炉煤比节节攀升,日前已连续实现煤比225 kg/t以上,同时,其他各项技术经济指标保持了领先水平。对此进行了系统分析,指出了快速提高煤比的基本技术措施:稳定可靠的制粉喷吹系统是物质基础,优化入炉原燃料和煤粉质量也是一项重要措施,综合调剂高炉操业参数、优化操业制度则是快速高煤比生产的关键措施,如选择合理的送风制度、布料制度,保持煤气流合理分布,增强炉况的稳定性和接受大喷煤能力等。 Baosteel Branch's No. 4 BF began its coal injection 3 days later after it was put into production. In the following 26 days its coal injection rate broke 200 kg/t of hot metal, and the rate for the first month reached 154.7 kg/t. After that, No. 4 BF's coal injection rate rose steadily. It was reported a few days ago that the rate has been over 225 kg/t successively. Meanwhile, others technico - economic indexes are kept in the lead. With system- atic analysis, the following have been key technical measures taken to raise the coal injection rate rapidly, such as, having a stable and reliable injection system, optimizing raw material and coal powder quality, adjusting BF operating parameters and systems, choosing reasonable blowing system and burden distribution system, keeping rational gas distribution, strengthening BF' s stability and improving its ability to accept a higher coal injection rate.
