摘要
首先介绍了新INBA冲渣法工艺流程。通过新老INBA工艺比较,基于现场使用经验,系统地阐述了新INBA冲渣法水渣蒸汽冷凝回收工艺。该工艺不仅解决了冲制熔渣时产生的大量有害蒸汽对环境的污染,环保负荷得到了很大的改善,而且由于蒸汽冷凝水回收循环使用,降低了吨铁水耗。同时新INBA冲渣法优化了吹制区域工艺,降低了劳动强度,降低了投资成本,降低了安全隐患,提高了水渣吹制率。最后,指出了该新工艺基建投资和运行费用较高等不足之处。
The process flow of the new INBA slag washing technology is introduced. This technology' s water slag steam condensing recycling process is systematically expounded through comparison between the new and old INBA technologies and on the basis of experience from the field production. This technology has not only solved the problem, the effect of great deal of harmful steam produced during slag washing on the environment, which greatly relieved environment burden, but also cut down water consumption per ton of pig-iron by recycling the condensed water. The new technology has also optimized the process in the water quenching area, lowered labor intensity, investment cost and hidden danger of safety meanwhile it has increased the water quenching ratio. Some weak points of this technology, such as higher capital construction and operation cost, are pointed out in this paper.
