摘要
宝钢4#高炉于2005年4月27日投产,卡丹式送风支管首次在宝钢高炉使用。系统地介绍了宝钢4#高炉使用的卡丹式送风支管的应用情况。并重点阐述了卡丹式送风支管设备在宝钢4#高炉上应用中出现的一系列问题。通过对原有的送风支管机械结构和制造工艺等方面的分析,对送风支管设备的结构形式、耐材浇筑技术及内部气流通道进行了有效的改进和完善,使支管表层温度从投产初期的最高500℃降低至目前250℃以下,适应了生产需求。其相关技术也成功移植于宝钢2#高炉大修工程。
Baosteel No. 4 BF was put into production on 27, April 2005. The Cardan blast pipes were used on Baosteel' s furnace for the first time. The application of this new blast pipe in No. 4 BF is introduced systematically. A series of problems occurring in the application of the pipe is expounded emphatically in the paper. The pipe equipment's structure, refractory teeming technology, inner airflow passageway, etc. were improved and perfected effectively through analysis of the mechanical structure and manufacturing process of the original blast pipes. Now the equipment surface temperature has been lowered from 500℃ at the initial operation stage to below 250℃, which is suitable for the production. Its relevant technology has been successfully used in the overhaul of Baosteel No. 2 BF.
