摘要
在宝钢分公司4#高炉建设中,充分总结和吸收了宝钢1#,2#,3#高炉工程建设的经验及20年宝钢高炉生产实践中积累的经验,提出了4#高炉长寿建设的战略定位和早建成、早投产、早达标的战略目标。围绕4#高炉建设战略定位和目标,在工程综合进度推进协调、耐材管理、三电管理、施工技术管理等方面采取了一些创新的管理措施和方法。4#高炉成功建设形成的管理创新点,对今后大型高炉的高质量快速建设提供有益的借鉴。
In the course of Baosteel No. 4 blast furnace construction, the experience in building Baosteel Nos. 1, 2 and 3 blast furnaces and experience accumulated in Baosteel' s production in the last 20 years were fully summarized and absorbed. The strategic positioning for No. 4 blast furnace' s long life construction and the strategic target for early construction, early operation and early Up to the standard were put forward. Based on the strategic positioning and target of No. 4 blast furnace construction, some innovative management measures and methods for project ' s overall progress coordination, refractory management, EIC ( electrical, instrument and computer) management, construction technology management, etc. were taken. Some management innovation points, which were formed in the successful construction of No. 4 BF will benefit the high quality and rapid construction of the large-scale blast furnace in the future.
