摘要
随着ISO/TS16949质量管理体系、ISO10012∶2003测量管理体系对测量过程管理要求的提高,公司测量系统分析(MSA)的管理与运行模式已不能满足公司快速发展的要求。通过构建测量系统分析管理及应用模型信息系统(以下简称“信息系统”),实现了对《宝钢产品质量控制计划》中关键产品、过程特性检测点上测量系统的动态管理和测量能力的综合分析功能。详尽描述了信息系统的主要结构框架、管理流程和技术分析功能;对测量系统分析与测量过程控制技术在系统平台的应用进行了探讨;以实例阐明信息系统平台对控制测量数据质量所起的重要作用。
With higher and higher requirements for the measuring process management based on the ISO/ TS16949 quality management system and ISO10012:2003 measurement management system, the original measur- ing system analysis (MSA) management and operation modes couldn' t meet the demands of our company. Through establishing the MSA management and modeling information system ( "information system" for short), we have realized functions of comprehensive analysis of the measurement system's dynamic management and measuring capability of key products and process characteristic measuring points in" Baosteel' s Product Quality Control Plan". The system' s main structure framework, management process and functions of the technical analysis are described in details. Applications of the MSA and MPC technologies on the system platform are discussed. And finally, the importance of the information system platform on controlling measurement data quality is elucidated with some specific examples.
