彩色多普勒超声在腮腺肿块诊断中的价值

Values of color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of parotid tumor

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)对腮腺肿块的诊断价值。方法对20例腮腺肿块进行检查,全部病例均经手术病理证实。结果CDFI对病灶的检出率为100%,对腮腺良性肿瘤诊断符合率为83%,恶性肿瘤为6/8例,囊肿为3/3例。对良恶性肿瘤的血流信号检出率分别为25%和88%,两者差异有统计学意义。结论CDFI对腮腺占位性病变的诊断准确率较高,对腮腺肿块性质判断具有应用价值。

Objective To evaluate the significance of color Doppler flow imaging in diagnosis of the parofid tumor. Methotis Twenty cases with parotid tumor confirmed by operation and pathology were detected with color Doppler flow imaging. Results The detectable rate of the focus was 100%, the diagnositic accuracy rates of the benigh tumor, malignant tumor and cyst were 83 %,75 % and 100% ,and the detectable rates of blood flow signals of the benign and malignant tumors were 25% and 88% nespecfively. There was significant difference between these two groups. Conclusion Diagnostic accuracy rate of color Doppler flow imaging for the parofid tumor is higher and have an important clinical value in judging the characteristics of parotid tumors.
