摘要
目的探讨MRI在主动脉夹层诊断中的意义。方法对12例主动脉夹层病人行常规TSE序列、快速扫描HASTE黑血、True FISP亮血序列、cine-MRI电影以及增强扫描。结果DeBaKeyⅠ型4例、Ⅱ型1例、Ⅲ型7例。其中3例范围达髂动脉分歧部,1例累及双侧髂总动脉。结论MRI能准确识别内膜片、真假两腔、夹层累及范围及主要分支受累情况,为临床进一步治疗提供重要依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in aortic dissection （AD）. Methods Twelve cases of AD were examined by using TSE sequence, Haste, True fisp, cine-MRI and enhanced MRI sequence. Results There were four cases of DeBaKey type Ⅰ; one case of type Ⅱ ; seven cases of type Ⅲ. Three of all ranged from common iliac artery to divarieate,one involved double common iliac artery. Conclusion MRI can identificate the intimal flap,true lumen and false lumen, site and range. Therefore MRI is very helpful for clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD.
