机械通气患者两种管饲营养方法的效果比较

Effect comparison of two kinds of tube feeding nutrient methods on patients with mechanical ventilation

目的:比较机械通气患者两种不同管饲营养方法的效果。方法:将50例需经鼻胃管行胃肠内营养的机械通气患者随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组使用滴注法管饲营养液,对照组使用灌注法管饲营养液,分别观察记录两组患者腹胀、恶心呕吐、胃食道返流及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生情况。结果:腹胀、恶心呕吐、胃食道返流和呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率在观察组分别为24%、4%、10.7%和12%,对照组分别为80%、20%、34.3%和32%,统计学处理发现差异有显著性。结论:滴注法管饲营养液,能明显降低患者腹胀、恶心呕吐、胃食道返流及呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生。

Objective：To compare the effect of two kinds of tube feeding nutrient methods on patients with mechanical ventilation. Methods：Fifty patients with gastrointestinal nutrition and mechanical ventilation were divided randomly into observation group and control group.The observation group was with infusion tube feeding,and the control group with filling tube feeding.Then the incidence of bloating,vomits,food reflu and ventilator-associated pneumonia were recorded in each group.Results：The incidence rate of bloating,vomits,food reflu and ventilator-associated pneumonia were 24%,4%,10.7% and 12% in observation group, while the rates in control group were 80%,20%,34.3% and 32% retrospectively.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion：It was suggested that infusion tube feeding nutrition could obviously reduce the occurrence of bloating,vomits,food reflu and ventilator-associated pneumonia.
