摘要
研究目的:文章旨在通过理清融资思路,为科学的融资决策提供参考。研究结论:通过归纳比较分析发现,市场的不断完善与发展,使融资技术呈现多样化趋势。融资技术多样化为铁路跨越式发展提供了多种融资平台,铁路建设融资已不是技术上的问题,而是要建立一系列合理的制度。
Research purposes： This paper aims to supply reference to scientific decision - making of financing by making clean the thoughts of financing.
Research conclusions： By concluding and comparing analysis, this paper discovers that sustainable perfecting and developing of the market make the financing technologies appear the trends of diversification. Diversification of financing technologies has supplied many platforms to the leap - forward development of railway. It is not technological problem to railroading financing but a series of reasonable systems.
