阿尔茨海默病磁共振成像研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 人类生活条件和社会保障的不断改善,使预期寿命不断提高,随之而来的是老年期痴呆患病率逐渐升高。阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)是其中最常见的老年期痴呆类型,Tognoni等对65岁以上老年人的调查结果发现其患病率为4.20%,而同期痴呆患病率为6.30%。随着磁共振成像技术的发展.为研究该病提供了较为有效的物理诊断方法。笔者拟就阿尔茨海默病磁共振成像的研究进展进行综述。
