摘要
目的建立用于肠黏膜处理研究的大鼠代膀胱模型。方法雌性SD大鼠2组,实验组以4cm末段小肠重新构建大鼠膀胱,对照组行假手术。术后1月测量代膀胱容量,代膀胱内黏液残留量,观察代膀胱黏膜对水、电解质的吸收、分泌功能等。结果术后1月,实验组大鼠膀胱容量增加(P<0.01);黏液残留量0.907±0.193g;代膀胱黏膜对水、K+、NH4+表现为吸收,对Na+、Cl-、HCO3-表现为分泌。结论此模型适用于肠黏膜处理的研究。
Objective To establish a rat bladder substitution model in order to serve the study of intestinal mucosa treatment in bladder reconstruction. Methods Twenty female SD rats were divided into 2 groups ( n = 10) : a 4 cm-segment of distal small intestine used to reconstruct the rat bladder (with preserved trigone of the bladder) in experiment group, and the control group with sham operation. One month after the operation, the volume of the neo-bladder was measured, the residual mucus in the neo-bladder was weighed, and the quantity of the water and electrolytes absorbed or secreted by the neo-bladder mueosa were determined. Results One month post-operation, the volume of the neo-bladder in rats of experiment group increased (P 〈 0.01 ); the weight of the residual mucus in the neo-bladder was 0.907 ± 0.193 g; the mueosa of neo-bladder revealed absorption to water, K^+ , and NH4^+ , and secretion of Na ^+ , Cl^- , and HCO3^- . Conclusion This rat model can be used in the study of intestinal mucosa treatment in bladder reconstruction.
