摘要
为保障数据采集系统高压侧和低压侧的电气隔离,减小电磁干扰对测量结果的影响,介绍了电子式互感器输出信号的特点,对数据采集系统的主要功能进行了研究,在此基础上提出了一种实现数据采集系统的新方案。该方案将数据采集系统分为信号的采样及调整和逻辑控制2个部分:利用电能计量芯片ADE7759实现信号的采样、积分及滤波;利用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)器件实现对ADE7759的转换控制,并对读取的数据信息组帧编码后串行输出。同时还对设计过程要注意的问题进行了研究,提出了相应的解决方法。
Data-sampling system is the important component of the interface between the electronic transducers and the protective devices, To be ensuring the data-sampling system electricity isolation between the side of high-voltage and the side of low-voltage, and diminishing the influence of electromagnetism disturbance over measurement result as far as possible. This paper introduces the characteristic of electronic transducer output signals, and researches the principal function of data-sampllng system with all the details and particulars, explain profound theories in simple language. In this case, it proposes one new scheme for implementing data-sampling system. The plan divides the data-sampling system into two parts: first part is used to sampling and adjusting signal, second part is used to be logic controlling. Sampling and adjusting signal part can sample the data signals, then integrate and filter the data signals by using the electric energy measure chip ADE7759; logic controlling part can use field programmable gate array (FPGA) appliance to start ADE7759 to begin sample and change the data, at the same time, use FPGA to combine frame and encode the date information fetching, then the data is read from FPGA via the seial interface. Siultaneously, this paper also discusses the certain problem which appear in the processing of design, through analyzing and study the problem systematically, it has brought forward the corresponding solution.
