麻芥冲剂治疗大鼠变应性鼻炎的实验研究

Experimental Study of Majie Granule on Rats with Allergic Rhinitis

目的:研究麻芥冲剂治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的作用及机制。方法:以卵白蛋白致敏法制备AR大鼠模型。将48只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、鼻炎康组、麻芥冲剂高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组。除空白组外,余组造模后并分别给药,疗程15d。观测大鼠鼻部症状并计分,检测血中组胺吸光度。结果:与模型组相比,麻芥冲剂高、中、低3剂量组均可有效改善大鼠鼻部症状,叠加量化计分有显著差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,麻芥冲剂高、中剂量组组胺吸光度显著下降(P<0.05),但各组间差异没有显著性。结论:麻芥冲剂可以有效改善AR大鼠模型鼻部症状,其机制可能与降低血中组胺含量有关。

Objective： To study the effect and the mechanism of Majie granule on rats with allergic rhinitis （AR）. Methods： 48 SD rats were randomized into normal group,model group,Biyankang treatment group, Majie granule treatment group 1 （high dosage）,group 2（medinm dosage）and group 3（low dosage）. The model rats were induced by injecting ovalbumin （OVA）. 6 groups rats were treated with corresponding medicines for 15 days. The nasal symptoms of rats were observed, the accumulative scores of nasal symptoms were calculated and the histamine content in blood were determined. Results： Compared with model group,AR symptoms of three Majie granule treatment groups were alleviated remarkably and the accumulative scores of nasal symptoms decreased significantty（P〈0.05）. Compared with model group,the histamine content in blood of Majie granule treatment group 1 and group 2 were decreased significantly （P〈0.05） ,but there is no significant difference between group 1 and group 2. Conclusion：Majie granule can decrease the histamine content in blood,which may contribute to alleviating the symptoms of rats with AR.
