Experience of strengthening quality control in the coal production process against coal market＇s change in Zibo Mining Group Corporation Ltd. was introduced in this paper. Enthusiasm of improving coal quality in the grass-roots unit was aroused through rewards ~＂ punishments of check for coal quality responsibility, and the long-efficiency mechanism of coal product quality control of group company was constructed.
