血管造影术中不溶性微粒污染的实验分析

摘要 目的了解血管造影术中不溶性微粒的污染情况,探讨预防措施。方法使用ZWF-J 6型微粒分析仪和尼康YSZ-H型显微镜,检测和观察血管造影术中造影剂不溶性微粒的数量和形状。结果不溶性微粒的数量明显高出药典规定数,不溶性微粒的形状呈多样性。结论重视血管造影术中不溶性微粒的污染,采取规范操作,净化环境,过滤药液等措施,提高血管造影的安全性。 Objective To understand the contamination of insoluble particles in angiography and search the ways to avoid it. Methods The number of insoluble particles in angiography was detected by the ZWF-J6 particle analysis instruments and the shape was observed by a YSZ-H microscope. Results The number of the in.soluble particles was more than that of permission of the codex standard significantly. The shape of the insoluble particles was diverse. Conclusions We should pay more attention to the contamination of insoluble particles in angiography and enhance the security of angiography, operate in standard, purify the surroundings and filter the drug fluid.
