钢壳陶瓷涂层排气道对风冷增压柴油机性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 对排气道采用隔热措施后,使通过排气道散向气缸盖的热量减少,从而降低气缸盖的热负荷和热应力,达到增加标定功率的目的.描述了钢壳陶瓷涂层排气道气缸盖的设计与铸造工艺、气缸盖的热冲击试验和温度测量、单缸机性能考核试验.在国产BF8L413F风冷增压柴油机(D=125mm,S=130mm)上进行隔热气缸盖与原机气缸盖的性能对比试验.试验结果表明,采用陶瓷隔热后,整机功率从235kW增至254kW,增加8.1%,缸盖温度却比原机低10℃. The heat rejected to cylinder head is reduced through the insulating exhaust port made by steel shell coated with ZrO 2. Therefore, the thermal load and stress of aluminum cylinder head can be decreased and the output of an engine can be raised. This paper describes the design and casting technology of the cylinder head of ceramic coated exhaust port, thermal shock test, temperature measurement of the cylinder head and performance tests on a single cylinder engine. The comparative tests of insulated and original cylinder head have also been done on a BF8L413F air cooled diesel engine ( D =125 mm, S =130 mm). The test results indicate that the output of engine is raised from original 235 kW to 254 kW about 8.1% after insulating cylinder head is used and the average temperature of cylinder heads is 10℃ lower than the original.
