The Design of Interference Wavelength Demodulator Based on Fiber Grating

摘要 基于光信号干涉测量的原理,对采用2×2和3×3耦合器构成非平衡M-Z干涉仪进行光纤光栅波长信号解调的方法,进行了详细理论分析,构建了完整的实验测试系统.实验表明,系统测量的分辨率可达到1pm,测量精度3pm. This paper proposes a method using non-equilibrium Mach-Zehnder interferometer composed of a 2 × 2 coupler and a 3 × 3 coupler as wavelength demodulation for fiber grating, by using the principal of interference measurement about the signal light. The theoretical studies are carried out exhaustively and the whole experimental system is constructed. The experiments show the system has the measurement resolution of 1 pm and the precision is less than 3 pm.
