摘要
分析了柴油机零维、准维燃烧模型的基本原理和假设;在此基础上为了讨论两种模型的功能和适用范围,对同一柴油机,在同一优化模型、同一优化精度的条件下进行了性能优化计算.分析了两个模型的优化计算结果.发现:零维燃烧模型的计算时间较短,但它无法考虑柴油机喷油系统和燃烧过程的耦合关系,所以只能用于柴油机改型设计的粗略计算.准维燃烧模型的计算时间较长,但在一般微机所能承受的范围之内;它能够考虑喷油系统与燃烧过程的耦合关系,是目前柴油机性能预测与优化计算的最佳可选方案.
The basic principle and hypothesis are analyzed on the Z D and Q D combustion models of the diesel engine. To discuss the function and scope of application, the optimal performance calculation has been carried out under the conditions of the same diesel engine, the same optimal model and the same optimal precision. The calculating results about the two models are analyzed and the following conclusions are reached: The Z D combustion model costs much less calculating time, but the combination of the injection system and combustion isn't taken into account, so it only suits to the rough calculation on the advanced diesel engine. The Q D combustion model costs more time, but the time doesn't exceed the scope of the micro computer, and it can take the combination of the injection system and combustion into account, so it is the best selective project of the performance simulation and optimal calculation of the diesel engine.
