摘要
为满足在野外勘探和测量、土木桥梁建筑中,测量仪器和建筑物与地平面的垂直度高精度的要求,选用采集精度为0.6′的高精度倾角传感器DX-008D,运用PID调节方法对PWM输出信号的控制技术,研制了一种可自动校准和检测工程用标杆垂直度的自动垂直平衡仪,该仪器可在30秒钟内将工程用标杆的垂直度调整到要求的±3′范围之内,并且保持此状态.该仪器具有结构简单、体积小携带方便、校准精度高、响应速度快和工作性能稳定等特点.
In order to improve the vertical accuracy between measure device or building and ground level, The high accuracy tilt sensor DX-008D is chose, the accuracy of data collection of which is 0.6'. Using the method of PID adjustment to control PWM output signal, by the technique, a Pole Automatic Vertical Balancing System which can be applicable to adjusting and measuring the vertical angle of a project is developed. This device can adjust the balancing system to the required range of±3'in 30 seconds by DC servo motor and keep it. The device has property of simple structure, small and carry-home volume, high adjusting precision, rapid response rate, and stable work in work aspect.
