摘要
对利用莫尔偏转法测量相位物体的各种方法进行了深入的分析和研究,从几何光学和傅里叶光学的基本理论出发,结合光栅的莫尔(Moire)效应和泰伯(Talbot)效应理论,推导出适用莫尔偏转法测量相位物体的普遍基本公式,从而为这种测量方法的使用从理论上提供了合理的解释,并为莫尔偏转法测量相位物体的应用提供了分析处理实验结果的理论依据,并对轴对称温度场的测量方法和啤酒瓶裂纹的在线检测方法进行了分析.
To analyze and study of many methods in measurement, an phase objects by Moire deflectometry was made. Moire effect and Talbot effect are used to infer the principal formulae of phase object testing by Moire deflectometry , thus provide theoretical explanation to the testing method correctly. It also provides theory basis for application of measuring an phase object by Moire deflectometry with the experimental results. Testing methods for an axially symmetrical phase object and the online measurement of beer bottle crackle are also analyzed.
