摘要
被控对象参数的大范围变化、多余力、试件扭转变形对负载的干扰以及摩擦力矩干扰是影响试验机系统控制精度的主要因素.为了提高系統的控制精度,在对PID控制与多传感器信息融合控制方案进行分析、matlab仿真与比较的基础上,结合系统的实际情况和相关经验,确定了多传感器信息融合控制方案,系统得到了令人满意的效果,提高了控制精度.
The large range variation of controled object parameters, redundant force, the disturbance caused by test specimen torsion deformation and friction moment is the major factors to have an effect on conrtol accuracy of Test Facility system. To raise the control accuracy of system, the multi-sensor information blend control program is determined, which is based on analysis, matlab simulation, comparison to the PID Control and Multi-Sensor Information Blend Control program , combining with the actual instance of system and relevant experience. The system has gained satisfving effect Control accuracy is improved.
