摘要
针对复杂曲面工件内部缺陷的超声检测,本文提出了一种基于软件寻位的超声检测轨迹生成算法,只需获取检测工件的少量信息,就能自动求解工件状态,从而实时生成检测轨迹.使用该方法无需使用精密夹具和人工找正,因而可减少产品成本,提高检测效率.
Aimed at internal defect ultrasonic inspection for sculptured surface, the paper presents a ultrasonic inspection method based on locating by software, the proposed method can generate efficient paths for sculptured surface inspection in real time by getting the position of workpiece. The techniques presented can be used to decrease the product cost and improve inspection efficiency.
