摘要
依据固液火箭发动机燃烧室内工作环境,采用裂解气相色谱法研究低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的热解特性,并分析了裂解气相色谱实验数据;综合考虑热解过程、热解化学动力学和热解产物分布,利用统计理论建立LDPE的热解产物分布模型,根据该模型可得到在不同温度下LDPE热解的热解产物组成及相对含量。
According to working environment in the chamber of hybrid rocket motor, pyrolysis properties of low density polyethylene(LDPE) were investigated by means of pyrolysis gas chromatography( PC, C), then experimental data of pyrolysis gas chromatography was analyzed. In comprehensive consideration of pyrolysis process, pyrolysis chemistry kinetics and pyrolysis product distribution, the model for pyrolysis product distribution of the LDPE was established by using statistic theory. Pyrolysis product composition and product relative content of LDPE under different temperatures can be obtained by means of the model.
