摘要
[目的]为切实做好高校、技校新生乙肝预防控制工作,降低人群乙肝病毒感染率,2006年对某市高校、技校新生进行HBV感染监测。[方法]采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测HBsAg、抗–HBs、HBeAg、抗–HBe、抗–HBc。[结果]共检测7594人,高校、技校生HBsAg阳性率分别为8.81%和8.48%,两者比较无统计学意义(P﹥0.5),技校男、女生HBsAg阳性率分别为9.12%和4.00%,两者比较仍有统计学意义(P﹤0.005),高校男、女生HBsAg阳性率分别为10.13%和6.82%,两者比较有统计学意义(P﹤0.005),高校新生按市内、市外、省外籍贯分布分析,HBsAg阳性率间无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]某市高校、技校新生乙肝病毒感染率仍处于较高水平,各相关部门要高度重视,加大健康教育宣传力度,开展好易感人群乙肝疫苗预防接种工作,确保学生身体健康。
[Objective] To reduce HBV infection rate, prevent and control HBV infection among freshmen of technology school and college. A seroepidemiological surveillance on HBV infection among them in zigong was carried out. [ Methods] HbsAg, HbsAb, HBeAg, HbeAb, HbeAb in serum samples were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) . [Results] 7 594 students were examined in the surveillance.The rate of HbeAg positive was 8.81% in college freshmen and 8.48% in technology school freshmen, there was no difference between the two (P〉 0.5) . The rates of HbsAg positive of male and female in technology school were 10.13% and 6.82% respectively, the two had significant difference (P 〈 0.005) .Those were respectively 10.13%和1 6.82% in college freshmen, significant difference existed too (P 〈 0.005) . There were no difference between college freshmen from defferent native places (P〉 0.05) . [Conclusions] HBV infection rate was still in a higher level among freshmen of technology school and college in the city. The government have to pay more attention to the task of health education and preventive inoculation in susceptible population to assure the students‘ health.
