铆接噪声对作业工人心血管系统的影响

THE EFFECT OF RIVETING NOISE ON CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM OF WORKERS

[目的]分析不同工龄组工人的血压、心电图改变情况,了解铆接噪声对工人心血管系统的影响,以便更好保护作业工人的身体健康。[方法]测量血压、检查常规九导联心电图。[结果]观察组血压异常检出率增高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。心电图中窦性心律不齐,窦性心动过速,ST段、T波改变增高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01、P﹤0.05)。不同工龄组两两比较显示随着工龄的增加,血压异常检出率、心电图异常检出率均呈上升的趋势。差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01、P﹤0.05)。[结论]铆接噪声对工人的血压、心电图有一定影响,而且随着工龄的增加其影响更明显。

[Objective] To explore the effects of riveting noise on cardiovascular system of workers, so as to protect their health. [Methods] Blood pressure and ECG were measured in workers with different length of service. [ Results] Abnormal ECG such as sinus arrhythmia, sinus tachycardia, change of ST segment and T wave occurred significantly frequently in observed group than that in control （P〈 0.05） ; detectable rate of abnormal blood pressure increased and was significantly higher than that in control group.The detectable rates of abnormal blood pressure and ECG both increased with the lenghth of service. [Conclusions] Riveting noise may lead to adverse effects on blood pressure and ECG of workers, and the effects may be serious with the length of service.
