摘要 为了提高结构耐撞性优化的求解效率,采用响应面方法将结构碰撞的响应表示为设计变量的显式函数,构造了2种优化模型.一种是将刚体加速度和侵入变形分别拟合为椭圆和线性响应面;另一种是将刚体加速度和侵入变形均拟合为椭圆响应面.用IS-dyna软件为结构碰撞分析的求解器,采用Matlab优化工具箱进行优化模型的求解,实现了结构耐撞性优化程序.数值算例表明,基于响应面方法的2种优化模型都能高效地解决结构耐撞性优化问题. To improve the solution efficiency of structural crashworthiness optimization, adopting the Response Surface Methodology (RSM) to express the structural crash response as the explicit function of the design variables, two kinds of optimization model is build. One is that the acceleration of rigid body and the invade distortion are separately fitted with elliptical and linear response surface; the other is that both are fitted with elliptical response surface. With Ls-dyna software as the solver of structural crash analysis, and with Matlab optimization toolbox to solve the optimization model, the program of the structural crashworthiness optimization is implemented. The numerical examples show that two kinds of optimization model based on Response Surface Methodology can efficiently solve the problem of the structural crashworthiness optimization.
