居住社区体育设施规划设计的策略研究

针对当前人们对于居住社区体育设施的需求,从对国外社区运动场馆发展背景及特点的分析入手,结合我国居住社区现有的制约要素,探讨了适合我国国情的居住社区体育设施在布局选址、功能定位等方面的规划设计策略,即指标体系的确立,“外向型”居住社区体育设施,屋顶空间及地下空间的利用,居住社区与学校体育设施互补等模式．

To meet the demerd for sports facilicties living community, of analysis of stadium development form and characteristics of the foreign communities. In conjunction with the existing limited elements in china, Plans and strategies on site layouts and functions of sport facilities of living community, are＂ discnssed in this paper. That is to establish an index system, ＂an export-oriented＂ sport facility, which take advantage of raof space and under ground spall as sporting facility, which local residents share the local school＇s sporting facility and the school share the local community＇s sporting facility.
