以水稻“云恢290”为背景的导入系的构建及筛选鉴定

摘要 对从国际网络征集的100份材料,进行了农艺性状的考察,稻瘟病和白叶枯病的鉴定,筛选出了一批农艺性状优良,抗稻瘟病、白叶枯病和双抗性较好的资源,为分子育种亲本材料的有效利用和后代的筛选提供参考。同时对用籼型优质软米品种“云恢290”为受体材料,以从国际网络征集的100份材料为供体材料。进行了大规模的杂交,2—3次回交,2~3次自交,所构建的约2510份近等基因导入系。进行了抗稻瘟病、抗旱、耐寒和蒸煮食味品质方面的筛选鉴定,获得了一批有目标性状的近等基因导入系,为新基因的发掘、新品种的选育提供了重要的基础材料。并选育了2个新品种,其中有1个已通过品种审定。 100 rice materials obtained from international cooperation network of rice molecular breeding was inspected for economic traits in Yunnan, and identified for resistance to blast and bacterial blight. Some germplasm resources for good economic characters, resistance to blast and bacterial blight were selected. All those results can provide reference for those parents application in rice molecular breeding. Yunhui290 used as recurrent parents,the above 100 materials as donor,2510 introgression lines (ILS) have been developed through 2 -3 times backcrossing and 2 -3 selfing. The ILS were preliminarily screened for resistance to blast,drought resistance,cold resistance and quality breeding, and a large numbers of selected ILS for special traits in elite genetic backgrounds were acquired. There were also selected 2 new varieties and 1 rice variety was registered in 2005.
