摘要
对4个甘蓝型油菜杂交组合F1和白花甘蓝(Brassica oleracea)与双低甘蓝型油菜(B.napus)品种花油3号种问杂交及回交BC4代的植株进行小孢子培养,获得大量的再生植株。通过田间连续的定向选择,结果获得了16份含油量45.19%-50.52%的新种质以及3份双低白花甘蓝型油菜新种质。研究结果表明,应用油菜小孢子培养技术及双单倍体育种技术进行油菜特异种质的创新,是一种快速获得新种质的有效途径,具有较好的应用前景。
Mierospore culture of four( F1 ) hybrid lines of Brassica napus and one( F1 ) intervarietal hybridization between B. oleracea and B. napus,and many of DH plants of regeneration were successive selected in field. It is reported that oil concent of 16 new germplasms between 45.19 % to 50.52 % and three new white flower germplasm of B. napus were created. This result suggested that microspore culture or double-haploid breeding would play an important role in new germplasm creating of B. napus,especially in differential traits such as oil content trait and flower color trait.
