摘要
零星超限货车的挂运是当前超限货物运输组织工作的难题,直接挂运对运行秩序的干扰就会增加,运输组织也较复杂,集结到一定数量后再挂运,可能导致集结时间太长损失货主的利益等。如何以一定的判定标准将影响挂运方案的各种定性、定量因素协调统一起来,选择整体效益最优的超限货车挂运方案,对于线路能力的充分利用和超限货物运输的发展意义重大。本文用线性隶属函数改进的罗马尼亚选择法将方案的定性和定量因素合理结合起来,以实数综合评价矩阵和模糊评审矩阵的综合平均值作为判定标准,选择最满意的超限货车挂运方案。
Picking up and transporting of part-load out-of-gauge goods wagons are big problems in the current out-of-gauge goods transport organization. Direct picking up will lead to increased disturbance to the running order and to complicated transport organization. Attaching gathered will result in long accumulation time and affect the benefits of the owners of goods. So it is of great significane to choose the optimum picking up and transport program by certain criterions through integrating the qualitative and quantitative factors affecting the choice of the programs to make full use of the transport line capacity and accelerate the development of out-of- gauge goods transportation. This paper unites the quantitative and qualitative factors of the programs with the Rumania Selection Method ameliorated by the linearity subjection functions, takes the averages of the real compositive estimation matrix and blurry estimation matrix as the criterions and then chooses the optimum program.
