摘要
分析了某汽车发动机曲轴自由端的振动情况,求得了该曲轴自由端的固有频率和受迫振动时的最大挠度。通过振动测试分析了皮带轮不平衡度对曲轴自由端的影响,并进行了道路对比试验研究了皮带传动冲击的影响,得知皮带的冲击过大是导致曲轴自由端断裂的主要原因,在皮带轮和空调压缩机之间增加过渡轮可以有效缓解皮带的冲击,将冲击系数降低到了1.5以下。
The vibration of crankshaft free-end of a vehicle engine is analyzed.The crankshaft front-end is simplified to the model of a beam,and natural frequencies and maximum deflections of the beam are solved through solving the model equation.The effect of pulley unbalance is examined from the result of vibration analysis on the experimental bench.Strenuous vibration due to impact of belt drive is the prime reason of front-end breakage,which can be seen from contrast test of two kinds of running vehicles on the road.The wheel between the pulley and compressor can buffer the impact of the belt and the impact coefficient is below 1.5.
