办公建筑围护结构的保温性能与空调能耗

Isolation Characteristic and Air-conditioning Energy Consumption of Office Building Envelope

通过对一特定建筑物进行全年空调负荷的计算,讨论和分析办公建筑围护结构保温性能与空调能耗的关系。通过建模、并改变其计算的部分设定条件,得到了一系列数据,经简单比较,发现并非围护结构保温性能越好就越节能,合理的建筑外围护结构保温性能与建筑物的使用功能(内热源情况)之间有一定关系。

Based on annual cooling load calculation of a certain building, the relationship between envelop isolation characteristic and air-conditioning energy consumption of an office building is discussed. After simplified comparison with a series of data by modeling and changing partial assumed calculating condition, the result shows that the outre envelop isolation characteristic does not result in energy conservation at all, but there is a certain relationship consists in reasonable isolation characteristic and the purpose （circumstance of inner heat source） of a building.
