低血糖生成指数膳食对糖调节受损患者的影响 被引量:17

EFFECTS OF LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX DIET ON THE PATIENTS WITH IMPAIRED GLUCOSE REGULATION

摘要 目的:探讨低血糖生成指数(low glycemic index,LGI)膳食干预对社区糖调节受损(IGR)患者血糖和血脂代谢的影响。方法:选取广州市人民街18个居委会,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各9个居委会,每组随机选取IGR患者38例。在接受GI知识教育后,实验组采取LGI膳食干预8个月,观察患者的血糖、血脂的变化。结果:膳食干预后,实验组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和胰岛素抵抗水平均显著低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著高于对照组。结论:在社区糖尿病防治工作中,采取低GI膳食可有效地控制IGR患者的血糖、血脂水平,降低胰岛素抵抗。 Objective: To observe the effects of low glycemic index(GI) diet on the patients with impaired glucose regulation (IGR). Method: Eighteen communities were randomly divided into two groups, i.e. experiment and control groups. Thirty-eight patients with IGR were randomly selected in each group respectively. Low GI diet was instructed in experiment group. After eight months, the changes of blood glucose, blood lipid profile, insulin activity, etc were measured. Results: Compared with control group, fasting and postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated-hemoglobin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and insulin resistance were decreased significantly and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased significantly after dietary intervention .Conclusion: Low GI diet is effective in controlling blood glucoses and blood lipids, decreasing insulin resistance of the patients with impaired glucose regulation.
