摘要
研究了水温、盐度双因子交互作用对中华绒螯蟹胚胎发育的影响.在水温15~30℃范围内,水温高,中华绒螯蟹胚胎发育的速率加快,但孵化率随之降低(20±1)℃为中华绒螯蟹胚胎发育的最适温度.10‰~16‰的盐度为中华绒螯蟹胚胎发育的适宜盐度.在该盐度范围内,不同的盐度对其胚胎发育速率及孵化率的影响无明显差异,而且水温与盐度双因子对中华绒螯蟹胚胎发育影响的交互作用也不显著.
The paper makes a study on the alternate effects of water temperature andsalinity on the embryonic development of the Chinese mitten crab.Within 15 ̄30℃,thehigher the water temperature,the faster will become the development of the embryo and thelower the hatched ratio of embryo.(20±1)℃ is the optimum temperature for the embryonicdevelopment of Chinese mitten crab.The salinity within 10‰ ̄ 16‰,is favorable for the embryonic development.The effects of the different salinity within the range on the speed ofembryonic development and the hatched ratio of embryo has no significant difference.The alternate effects of water temperature and salinity on the embryonic development is insignificant.
