Finite Element Analysis for The Working Equipment of Drilling Rigs

采用NASTRAN有限元分析软件对旋挖钻机工作装置进行有限元分析,在NXMASTERFEM中抽取UG模型中面建立几何模型,以shell单元和solid单元为基本单元,建立各部件有限元模型,使用有限元装配方法建立工作装置整体有限元模型,分析了旋挖钻机几种典型工况下工作装置的强度及模态,然后对桅杆进行了屈曲分析。

The working equipment of drilling rigs is simulated by the Finite Element software of Nastran. According to the structure characteristic, the FEM assemblv of the working equipment is established by NX MASTERFEM. The static characteristic of the working equipment of drilling rigs is analysed with the different load cases and status and the model analvsis is done, then the blucking analysis of mast is carried out.
