倒U形管并逆流式氨合成塔的计算机模拟

A Study of Computer Simulation in Inverse U-type-tube Ammonia Synthetic Tower

计算机模拟是本世纪６０年代以来才发展起来的一门新兴的应用技术科学，但８０年代以来已广泛应用于各种过程的仿真．化学工业属于基础工业之一，而合成氨工业是最基本的化学工业之一．虽然合成氨工业从属于化学工业，但其产品却广泛应用于化工、轻工、军工和重工业生产及其它各行业．本研究建立了倒Ｕ形管并逆流式氨合成塔的数学模型，并开发设计了相应的计算机模拟软件，利用该软件对特定生产规模的合成氨生产过程进行了模拟，模拟结果与工业生产过程吻合得很好．例如对于年产６万吨合成氨厂的模拟结果为６．００６万吨，而传统计算的年产氨量则高达８．３４３万吨；本研究的模拟结果中合成塔出口氨的摩尔分率为０．１３１７，而传统计算值与工厂实测值分别为０．１７６７和０．１４～０．１５之间．

Computer simulation is a complexity technique and science which havd beendeveloping since 1960's. Chemical industry is one of fundamental industry, and synthetic ammonia industry is elementary in chemical industry. Synthetic ammonia industry isbelong to chemical industry, but it's products ammonia is using extensively in chemical industry and light industry and military project and heavy industry. We can say thatchemical industry developed level is marked by synthetic ammonia industry development,and other industry's advanced level is marked,too. In this thesis, the mathematical model of inverse U-type-tube ammonia synthetic tower was established, at the same time,the simulating software was reseached. The progress was simulated accroding to thesoftware for specific dimensions synthetic ammonia plant, and the results are identicalvery good.
