摘要
研究了整体中空夹层复合材料的复合成型工艺,制作了满足要求的实验件。对整体中空夹层复合材料经、纬向的侧拉、侧压、平拉、平压、双层剪切和4点弯曲等性能进行了实验研究,获得了该种材料的主要力学性能参数,并与类似的蜂窝夹层材料部分力学性能进行了对比。分析了整体中空夹层复合材料经、纬向性能的差异以及材料的失效形式,得到了一些有益的结论,为该种材料的结构设计和性能分析奠定了重要的基础。
The scheme of manufacturing hollow integrated core sandwich composites is investigated and experimental samples for meeting the requirements are made. The main mechanical properties in warp and weft direction of the hollow integrated core sandwich composites are obtained by edgewise tensile, edgewise compression, flatwise tensile, flatwise compression, double lap shear, and four point bending experiments. Some properties are compared with the honeycomb sandwich composites. Differences in mechanical property and damage modes between warp and weft direction of this material are studied. Some useful conclusions are obtained, thus establishing foundations for the structure design and property analysis of this material.
