摘要 分析了影响叶片疲劳强度的环境因素,定义了疲劳强度影响系数,建立了影响因素指标体系,构建了影响系数的数学表达式并确定了其计算方法,建立了疲劳强度计算模型和叶片振动可靠性的模糊模型,并将其应用于某航空发动机叶片的振动可靠性计算。研究结果表明,在叶片振动可靠性研究过程中考虑使用环境的影响是必要并切合实际情况的。本研究扩展了叶片振动可靠性的研究领域,该方法适用其它机械设备的工作叶片,具有很强的通用性。 Work environment effecting on the fatigue strength of blade is analyzed, the concept of influence coefficient of fatigue strength is defined, and the index system of influence coefficient and correlative mathematics expression is constructed. The model to calculate fatigue strength and the fuzzy model to assessment the vibration reliability are built and applied to the vibration reliability assessment of aero - engine blade. The result shows that it is feasible and necessary applied to introduce the influence of work circumstance into the study on vibration reliability of blade. This study develops the research domain of blade vibration reliability.
